Frequently asked questions
Service pricing FAQs
These answers prevent common misunderstandings before a quotation is prepared.
Why do some services show “From” prices?
Custom work varies according to scope, users, integrations, content, risk, current system condition and delivery expectations. The starting price is a useful budget guide, not a fixed quotation for every project.
Why is the international rate higher?
International work is offered under a separate commercial rate and market position. It may also involve cross-border contracting, payment costs, time-zone coordination, more formal documentation, different support expectations and additional commercial risk. The international starting rate is therefore set at three times the Malaysian published rate.
Is the international amount simply a currency conversion?
No. It is a separate commercial rate. The RM equivalent shown on this page establishes the minimum pricing basis. The final proposal may use another currency and will state the exact amount and payment terms.
Will I receive a quotation before work begins?
Yes. Requirements, deliverables, exclusions, price, payment schedule and key assumptions are confirmed in writing before implementation begins.
Do I need to pay for the first conversation?
A brief initial conversation to determine basic suitability is free. Detailed investigation, planning, technical diagnosis or written recommendations may require a paid assessment.
Can the price be reduced by reducing the scope?
Where practical, yes. A project can be divided into phases or limited to the most important requirements first. Reducing price without reducing scope, risk or delivery responsibility is usually not realistic.
Do you offer payment plans?
Larger projects may use milestone payments. The payment schedule will be stated in the written proposal.
Can you guarantee SEO rankings or AI accuracy?
No. Search rankings depend on many external factors. AI output also requires testing and may require human review. Any person promising guaranteed rankings or perfectly accurate AI output is making a claim they cannot fully control.
Can you maintain a website that you did not build?
Yes, but it must first be reviewed to understand its condition, hosting, plugins, code, security and existing problems.
Are revisions unlimited?
No. Included revision rounds or support limits are stated clearly. Additional revisions and new requirements are assessed separately.
